​Tom is a knowledgeable and experienced fitness expert with a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing. He has been working in health and fitness education since 2010 as a lecturer and trainer in both further and higher education. For over ten years he has trained Personal Trainers to work in the leisure industry as health professionals. This includes developing their ability to motivate, persuade and influence their clients to take responsibility for their own health and engage in healthy habits.
He has volunteered with community based GP Referral schemes that target the obese population. These schemes offer training, support and dietary advice to improve fitness, reduce weight and enhance health. Tom now works as a Personal Trainer and Rehab Coach at the 'Movement and Therapy Clinic' based in Ampthill. There he provides one-to-one and small group training to clients who have a range of health and fitness needs.

Practical content is taught face-to-face, in one-to-one and small group settings, allowing you to interact with the teacher and have tailored content made to suit your needs. These sessions take place in a private gym space based in Ampthill.

Theory content is accessed via an online classroom which provides 24/7 access to the course materials which support you during the course.

As soon as you are ready ... the course is tailored to your needs which means you can enrol as soon as you're ready. Once enrolled you get immediate access to the online materials and a bespoke timetable of one-to-one sessions are booked in based on your availability.

The full cost of the course is £1,749. A minimum deposit of £599 secures your place on the course.
